Fla. Stat. § 784.11-Assault-an intentional, unlawful threat by work or act to do violence to the person of another, coupled with an apparent ability to do so, and doing some act which creates a well-founded fear in such other
person that such violence is imminent.
Fla. Stat. § 784.03(1)(a)-Battery- when a person: 1. Actually and intentionally touches or strikes another person against the will of the other; or 2. Intentionally causes bodily harm to another person.
Fla. Stat. § 810.08-Trespass-Whoever, without being authorized, licensed, or invited, willfully enters or remains in any structure or conveyance, or, having been authorized, licensed, or invited, is warned by the owner or lessee of
the premises, or by a person authorized by the owner or lessee, to depart and refuses to do so, commits the offense of trespass in a structure or conveyance.
Fla. Stat. § 812.014-Theft-when a person knowingly obtains or uses, or endeavors to obtain or to use, the property of another with intent to, either temporarily or permanently: (a)Deprive the other person of a right to the property
or a benefit from the property. (b)Appropriate the property to his or her own use or to use of any person not entitled to the use of the property.
